- Lead end-to-end delivery of a centralized crypto exchange (CEX) app, from requirements and sprint planning through testing, release and production.
- Redesigned the P2P Trading module and modernised Mining, Security, Deposit, Withdrawal, Send and Trade for better performance and security.
- Run architecture discussions, task estimation and code reviews, and mentor developers on the team.
- Own Android and iOS release pipelines: builds, code signing, CI/CD and publishing to both stores.
